A 28-inch, 3-light bath vanity light in antique brass with matching metal shades, designed for bathrooms and powder rooms with a damp-rated construction.
The Berkshire collection from Innovations Lighting brings industrial farmhouse style to your bathroom. This 3-light vanity fixture features an antique brass finish over steel and cast brass, with cone-shaped metal shades in the same antique brass. The included ST64 vintage LED bulbs emit a warm 2700K glow, and the damp location rating makes it suitable for bathroom use.

How bright is it?
600 lumens per bulb, 1800 lumens total - comparable to three 40W incandescent bulbs. This provides ample ambient and task lighting for a bathroom vanity, but may not be sufficient as the sole light source for a large master bathroom.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent lighting. It flatters skin tones and complements warm brass and wood finishes. The CRI of 82 is adequate for most bathroom tasks.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 28 inches wide, 11 inches high, with an 8.12-inch extension from the wall. The backplate is 6 inches wide by 4.5 inches tall. Mounting center to top is 2.25 inches. Suitable for bathrooms with standard 8-foot ceilings.

Is the bulb included? Yes, three 6-watt LED ST64 vintage bulbs are included.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible LED dimmers. We recommend a standard LED-compatible dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it is suitable for bathrooms but not for outdoor or wet areas.

Can the shades be replaced or swapped? The metal shades are fixed and not designed to be interchangeable.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
