The Berkshire collection combines industrial and transitional styling with a polished nickel frame and matte white cased glass shades. The cone-shaped shades diffuse light evenly, while the steel and cast brass construction ensures durability. This fixture is damp-rated for bathroom use.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs used (not included). With three medium-base sockets, you can achieve 1800-2400 lumens using 60W equivalent LED bulbs, suitable for task lighting over a vanity. For ambient light, use dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer.

Use bulbs with a color temperature of 2700K-3000K for a warm, flattering glow that complements skin tones and warm finishes like polished nickel. The matte white glass shades soften and diffuse the light, reducing glare.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is UL and ETL listed for damp locations, suitable for bathrooms with high humidity but not for direct water exposure or outdoor use.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
