Description
A 26-inch, 3-light bath vanity light in polished chrome with matte white glass shades, designed for damp-rated bathrooms and powder rooms.
The Berkshire collection combines industrial and transitional styling with a polished chrome finish and matte white cased glass shades. The cone-shaped shades diffuse light softly, while the steel and cast brass construction ensures durability. This fixture is UL and ETL listed for damp locations, making it suitable for bathrooms.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs used. The fixture accepts three medium-base (E26) bulbs up to 60W each (not included). With three 60W incandescent bulbs, total output is approximately 2400 lumens, suitable for task lighting over a vanity. LED bulbs can provide equivalent brightness at lower wattage.
Light color and feel
The matte white glass shades diffuse light evenly, reducing glare. For a warm ambiance, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a dimmer switch.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 26 inches wide, 12.25 inches high, with an 8.5-inch extension from the wall. Backplate is 6.25 x 4.5 inches. Suitable for vanities 36 inches or wider. Mounting center to top is 2.25 inches.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
