Description
A 26-inch, 3-light bath vanity light from Innovations' Berkshire collection, finished in matte black with clear glass shades, designed for bathrooms and powder rooms.
The Berkshire collection combines industrial and transitional styling with a sleek matte black finish and clear glass cone shades. The steel and cast brass construction ensures durability, while the vintage-inspired ST64 bulbs (not included) add a warm, nostalgic glow. This fixture is damp-rated, making it suitable for bathroom installations.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With three medium-base (E26) sockets, you can install up to 60W incandescent equivalent bulbs per socket (180W total). Using 800-lumen LED bulbs, the fixture can deliver about 2400 lumens - bright enough for primary bathroom lighting. For a softer ambient glow, use lower-wattage vintage bulbs.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shades showcase the bulbs, so the light color is determined by your bulb choice. For a warm, inviting feel, choose 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The open-bottom cone shades direct light downward and outward, creating a balanced wash of light across the vanity area.

The fixture measures 26 inches wide, 12.25 inches high, and extends 8.5 inches from the wall. The backplate is 6.25 x 4.5 inches. It is designed for horizontal mounting with a mounting center to top of 2.25 inches. Ideal for vanities 36-48 inches wide.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
