The Berkshire collection combines heavy cast components with a clean industrial silhouette. This 1-light semi-flush mount features a polished nickel steel and cast brass frame paired with a seedy glass cone shade, offering a vintage-inspired look that suits transitional and modern-contemporary spaces. The fixture is damp-rated for covered porches and bathrooms.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. The fixture accepts one medium-base (E26) bulb up to 60W equivalent (LED recommended). With a 60W equivalent LED, expect about 800 lumens - similar to a traditional 60W incandescent, suitable for ambient lighting in a medium-sized room. For brighter task lighting, use a 100W equivalent LED (not included).
Light color and feel
The seedy glass shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm, inviting glow. Choose a 2700K-3000K LED bulb for a warm white tone that complements the polished nickel finish and vintage aesthetic. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
