A 16-inch single-light pendant with a polished nickel finish and matte white glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Berkshire collection combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. This pendant features a heavy cast brass and steel construction with a polished nickel finish, paired with a matte white cased glass shade. The Edison-style design allows for a bare bulb look or over 100 shade options, making it adaptable to various decor styles from industrial to transitional.

How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb used (not included). With a standard 60W incandescent equivalent LED bulb (approx. 800 lumens), it provides ambient or task lighting suitable for dining or kitchen islands. For brighter light, use a higher-lumen LED bulb.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulb chosen. The matte white glass shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm ambiance. Pair with a 2700K-3000K LED bulb for a cozy, incandescent-like glow.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A medium base (E26) vintage bulb is recommended.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Dimmability depends on the bulb used. Use a compatible LED dimmer if using dimmable LED bulbs.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is UL and ETL listed for damp locations, suitable for covered patios or bathrooms without direct water exposure, but not for wet locations.
What's the warranty? 2 year finish warranty, lifetime electrical warranty.
Can the stem be shortened? Yes, the stem can be cut to achieve the desired hanging height. Minimum height is 25.5 in.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
