Description
A 16-inch single-light pendant from the Berkshire collection, finished in polished nickel with a clear glass shade, designed for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Berkshire pendant combines industrial styling with refined materials: a polished nickel steel and cast brass canopy, a clear cone-shaped glass shade, and an included ST64 LED bulb with warm 2700K light. The 10-foot wire allows flexible hanging heights, and the fixture is damp-rated for use in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task and ambient lighting
- Dining rooms with tables 36-48 in wide, centered 30-36 in above the tabletop
- Covered patios or porches where damp-rated fixtures are required
- Entryways or hallways with 8-10 ft ceilings, hung as a single statement pendant
- Open-concept living areas where a transitional industrial look complements modern or vintage decor
Not ideal for
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft - the minimum hanging height is 25.5 in, which may be too low
- Primary room lighting in large spaces over 200 sq ft - 600 lumens is accent-level brightness
- Wet locations like uncovered outdoor areas - this fixture is damp-rated only
How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for accent or task lighting over a kitchen island or dining table. Not sufficient as a primary room light for larger spaces.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent lighting. Flatters skin tones and warm wood/brass interiors. CRI 82 is adequate for most residential settings but not ideal for color-critical tasks like art studios.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 16 in wide, 16 in deep, and 16.5 in tall. The shade is 16 in wide and 14 in tall. Adjustable hanging height ranges from 25.5 to 49.5 in via the 10-ft wire. Canopy is 4.75 in diameter and 1 in tall. Works on sloped ceilings.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
