Description
A 16-inch single-light pendant with a polished chrome finish and matte white cased glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Berkshire collection combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. This pendant features a polished chrome steel and cast brass canopy, a 10-foot wire for sloped ceiling adaptability, and a matte white cased glass shade that softens the light. The Edison-style bulb (not included) adds a vintage touch, making it a transitional piece that suits modern, restoration, and industrial interiors.

How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb you choose. With a recommended 60W equivalent ST64 vintage bulb (approx. 800 lumens), it provides warm ambient light suitable for accent or task lighting over a table or island. Not intended as a sole primary light source for large rooms.
Light color and feel
The matte white glass shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm, inviting glow. Pair with a 2700K-3000K LED bulb for a cozy, incandescent-like ambiance. Dimmable with compatible bulbs and dimmer switch.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A medium base (E26) ST64 vintage bulb is recommended.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, when paired with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. Use a standard incandescent or LED dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is UL listed for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms (not in direct shower spray) or covered patios. Not for wet locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
