A 16-inch single-light pendant from the Berkshire collection, finished in polished chrome with a clear glass cone shade, designed for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Berkshire pendant combines industrial-inspired design with transitional versatility. Its polished chrome finish and clear glass shade create a clean, luminous look that complements modern, contemporary, and restoration-vintage interiors. The fixture is constructed from steel, cast brass, and glass, offering durability and a refined aesthetic.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. The fixture accepts one medium-base (E26) bulb up to 60W equivalent (recommended ST64 shape). With a standard 60W incandescent, expect about 800 lumens - enough for task lighting over a small island or ambient light in a dining nook. For a warmer, dimmable glow, use an LED bulb of your choice.
Light color and feel
Light color is determined by the bulb. A 2700K-3000K LED bulb will produce a warm white light that flatters skin tones and complements chrome and glass finishes. The clear glass shade provides unobstructed light distribution, creating a crisp, bright ambiance. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
