Description
A 16-inch single-light pendant with an oil rubbed bronze finish and seedy glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Berkshire collection combines industrial-inspired design with modern versatility. This pendant features a sturdy steel and cast brass construction with a rich oil rubbed bronze finish. The seedy glass shade adds vintage character while the included LED bulb provides warm, energy-efficient light. Designed for damp locations, it's suitable for covered patios as well.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task and ambient lighting
- Dining rooms with tables 36-48 in wide, centered 30-36 in above the tabletop
- Covered patios or porches where damp-rated fixtures are required
- Entryways or hallways with 8-10 ft ceilings, hung as a single statement piece
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or open outdoor areas without overhead cover - the damp rating covers covered spaces only
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft if you need the full 49.5 in hanging length
How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for accent or ambient light over a table or island. Not sufficient as a primary room light for larger spaces.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm wood/brass interiors. CRI 82 provides decent color rendering for most settings.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 16 in wide and 16.5 in tall, with a 16 in diameter shade. Hanging height adjusts from 25.5 to 49.5 in via 10 ft of wire. The canopy is 4.75 in diameter and 1 in tall. Works well with 8-10 ft ceilings.

Is the bulb included? Yes, one 6-watt LED vintage-style bulb (ST64 shape) is included.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The bulb is dimmable, but the manufacturer does not specify a recommended dimmer. Use a standard LED-compatible dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is damp-rated, so it can be installed in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms with no direct water exposure, but not in open rain or shower stalls.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
