Description
A 16-inch single-light pendant from the Berkshire Glass Collection, finished in brushed satin nickel with a seedy glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Berkshire pendant combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. Its sturdy steel and cast brass construction is finished in brushed satin nickel, while the seedy glass shade adds a vintage touch. This fixture is damp-rated for use in covered outdoor areas and bathrooms, and it includes a 6-watt LED vintage bulb with 600 lumens of warm 2700K light.

- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task and ambient lighting

How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for accent or ambient light over a table or island. For task lighting, consider pairing multiple pendants.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm wood/brass interiors. CRI 82 is standard for general use.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 16 in width x 16.5 in height (shade: 16 in wide x 14 in tall). Hanging length adjusts from 25.5 to 49.5 in via 10 ft of wire. Canopy is 4.75 in diameter x 1 in tall. Suitable for ceilings 8-10 ft.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
