Description
A 16-inch single-light pendant from the Berkshire collection, finished in brushed satin nickel with clear glass, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Berkshire pendant combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. Part of the Edison family, it features heavy cast components and a sturdy transitional look. The clear glass shade showcases the included vintage-style ST64 LED bulb, while the brushed satin nickel finish complements a range of decor styles from industrial to modern contemporary.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task and ambient lighting
- Dining rooms with tables 48-60 in long, centered above the table
- Open-concept living areas where a single pendant provides accent lighting over a console or seating area
- Spaces with sloped ceilings up to standard pitch, thanks to slope-adaptable design
- Damp-rated locations such as covered patios or bathrooms with no direct water exposure
Not ideal for
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft if you need the full 49.5 in drop - the minimum height is 25.5 in
- Primary room lighting in large spaces over 200 sq ft - this is a single 600-lumen fixture best for task or accent use
How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for accent or task lighting over a kitchen island or dining table. Not sufficient as a sole light source for a large room.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm wood/brass interiors. CRI 82 provides decent color rendering for everyday use.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 16 inches in diameter and 16.5 inches in height, with an adjustable hanging length from 25.5 to 49.5 inches via 10 feet of wire. The canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter and 1 inch high. Works well with 8-10 ft ceilings; for higher ceilings, use the full wire length.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
