A 16-inch single-light pendant from the Berkshire collection, finished in brushed satin nickel with a matte white glass cone shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Berkshire pendant combines industrial styling with transitional versatility. The brushed satin nickel finish and matte white glass shade create a clean, modern look that complements a range of decor. The fixture is made of steel, cast brass, and glass, and includes a 6-watt LED vintage-style bulb (2700K, 600 lumens) for a warm, inviting glow.

How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for accent or ambient light over a table or island, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm wood/brass interiors. CRI 82 is adequate for most settings.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 16 in diameter and 16.5 in height, with an adjustable hanging length from 25.5 to 49.5 in. The canopy is 4.75 in diameter and 1 in high. Works well with 8-10 ft ceilings. Sloped ceiling adaptable.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible LED dimmer (not included). Use a standard LED dimmer for best performance.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is UL/ETL listed for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms (away from direct water) or covered outdoor areas.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
