A 16-inch single-light pendant with a brushed brass finish and matte white glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Berkshire collection combines industrial-inspired design with transitional versatility. This pendant features a heavy cast brass construction and a matte white cased glass shade that softens the light. The brushed brass finish adds warmth, making it suitable for a variety of decor styles from modern to restoration-vintage.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used (not included). With a recommended 60W ST64 vintage bulb, expect approximately 800 lumens - similar to a standard 60W incandescent, suitable for task and ambient lighting over a table or island.
Light color and feel
The matte white glass shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm ambiance. For a warm, inviting glow, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
