Description
A 16-inch single-light pendant from the Berkshire Glass collection, finished in Black Antique Brass with a Matte White cased glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Berkshire pendant combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. The Black Antique Brass finish over steel and cast brass provides a sturdy, transitional look, while the Matte White cased glass shade softens the light. This fixture is damp-rated for covered outdoor use and includes a 6W LED vintage bulb (2700K, 600 lumens).

How bright is it?
600 lumens from the included 6W LED bulb - about as bright as a 40W incandescent, suitable for task lighting over a counter or table, but not enough to illuminate a large room alone.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. The Matte White glass diffuses light evenly, reducing glare. CRI 82 is adequate for most spaces but not ideal for color-critical tasks.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 16 in diameter and 16.5 in height, with an adjustable hanging length from 25.5 to 49.5 in (includes 10 ft of wire). The canopy is 4.75 in diameter and 1 in high. Works well over islands or tables with 8-10 ft ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
