A 16-inch single-light pendant from Innovations Lighting's Berkshire collection, finished in antique brass with a seedy glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Berkshire pendant combines industrial charm with transitional versatility. Its antique brass finish and seedy glass shade evoke a vintage aesthetic, while the steel and cast brass construction ensures durability. The fixture is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered patios as well.

Brightness depends on the bulb you choose (not included). With a recommended 60W ST64 vintage bulb, expect around 800 lumens—similar to a standard 60W incandescent, suitable for ambient or task lighting over a table.
Light color and feel
The seedy glass shade diffuses light softly, creating a warm glow. Pair with a 2700K-3000K bulb for a cozy, incandescent-like ambiance that complements the antique brass finish.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
