Description
A 16-inch single-light pendant from the Berkshire Glass collection, finished in antique brass with a matte white glass shade, designed for kitchen islands and dining rooms in damp-rated locations.
The Berkshire pendant combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. Its heavy cast brass and steel construction in antique brass is paired with a matte white cased glass shade, offering a transitional look that suits both modern and restoration-vintage interiors. The fixture is sloped-ceiling adaptable and includes 10 feet of wire for flexible installation.

How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb used (not included). With a recommended 60W equivalent ST64 vintage bulb, expect approximately 800 lumens - similar to a standard 60W incandescent, suitable for task lighting over a table or island but not as a sole room light.
Light color and feel
Color temperature is determined by the bulb choice. A 2700K-3000K warm white bulb creates a cozy, inviting glow that complements the antique brass finish and matte white shade. The open-bottom shade directs light downward for focused illumination.

The pendant measures 16 in diameter and 16.5 in height, with an adjustable hanging height from 25.5 to 49.5 in. The canopy is 4.75 in diameter and 1 in high. Works best on ceilings 8-10 ft high; for higher ceilings, use the included 10 ft wire.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
