The Berkshire Glass collection combines industrial charm with modern versatility. This pendant features a sturdy steel and cast brass construction in antique brass, paired with a matte white cased glass cone shade. The included 6-watt LED vintage bulb provides warm 2700K light, and the fixture is damp-rated for use in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms.

How bright is it?
600 lumens from the included 6-watt LED bulb - about as bright as a 40W incandescent, ideal for ambient or accent lighting over a kitchen island or dining table. For brighter task lighting, consider pairing multiple pendants.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. The matte white glass shade diffuses light evenly, reducing glare. With a CRI of 82, color rendering is adequate for most residential settings. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer switch.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
