A 16-inch industrial mini pendant with a matte black metal cone shade and black antique brass accents, designed for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Berkshire collection combines heavy cast brass components with a sturdy steel construction for a transitional industrial look. This mini pendant features a matte black metal shade and a black antique brass finish, with a vintage ST64 LED bulb included. The fixture is damp-rated and adaptable to sloped ceilings, making it versatile for various indoor spaces.

- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task lighting over a prep surface

How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for accent or task lighting over a counter or table, not sufficient as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm wood/brass interiors. CRI 82 is adequate for most residential settings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
