The Berkshire collection from Innovations Lighting combines heavy cast components with a versatile design that can be customized. This mini pendant features a black antique brass finish and a matte black metal cone shade, giving it a sturdy transitional look. It comes with a 10-foot black textured cord and is sloped ceiling adaptable.

How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for task or accent lighting over a kitchen island or dining table. Not sufficient as a primary room light for spaces larger than 100 sq ft.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm wood/brass interiors. CRI 82 provides decent color rendering for everyday tasks.
Sizing and fit

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
