A 12-inch semi-flush mount light with a clear glass shade and polished nickel finish, ideal for damp-rated entryways and hallways.
The Berkshire collection by Innovations Lighting combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. This semi-flush mount features a heavy cast brass and steel construction with a polished nickel finish, paired with a clear cone-shaped glass shade. The exposed vintage bulb (not included) adds a classic Edison touch, making it suitable for transitional, modern, or restoration-style interiors.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used. With a standard 60W equivalent LED bulb (800 lumens), it provides ample ambient light for a small hallway or entryway. For a softer glow, use a 40W equivalent (450 lumens). The fixture is not dimmer-compatible unless a dimmable bulb is used.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shade allows the bulb's light color to shine through. For a warm, incandescent-like feel, choose a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The exposed vintage bulb shape adds character, making the fixture a focal point even when off.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 12 inches wide (diameter) x 15 inches high. The canopy is 4.5 inches in diameter and 0.75 inches high. Suitable for ceilings 8 ft or higher. The fixture projects 15 inches from the ceiling.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A medium base (E26) vintage bulb is recommended.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture itself is not dimmer-specific; dimming depends on the bulb used. Use a dimmable LED bulb and a compatible dimmer switch.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, it is UL and ETL listed for damp locations, suitable for covered porches or bathrooms away from direct water spray. Not for wet locations.
What's the warranty? 2-year finish warranty and lifetime electrical warranty.
Can I use a different shade? This fixture is designed for the clear Berkshire 12" glass shade. Other shades from the Franklin and Ballston collections may be compatible, but check with the manufacturer.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
