A 12-inch semi-flush mount light with a clear glass cone shade and black antique brass finish, ideal for damp-rated entryways and hallways.
The Berkshire collection combines industrial-inspired design with customizable style. This fixture features a heavy cast steel and brass construction with a matte black canopy and a clear Berkshire glass shade. The vintage ST64 bulb (not included) adds a nostalgic touch, making it a versatile choice for transitional, modern, or restoration-vintage interiors.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used. With a recommended 60W equivalent ST64 LED bulb (approx. 800 lumens), it provides ample ambient light for a small to medium room. For a softer glow, use a lower wattage bulb.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shade showcases the bulb, creating a warm, vintage-inspired glow. For a classic warm white, choose a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a standard dimmer switch.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
