A 12-inch semi-flush mount light with an antique brass finish and matte white glass shade, ideal for entryways and hallways with standard ceilings.
The Berkshire collection combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. This semi-flush mount features a sturdy steel and cast brass construction in an antique brass finish, paired with a matte white cased glass shade that softens the light. The Edison-style vintage bulb (not included) adds a warm, nostalgic glow. Perfect for spaces where you want a touch of industrial character without overwhelming the room.

How bright is it?
Uses one medium-base bulb up to 60W (not included). Lumen output depends on the bulb chosen; a typical 60W incandescent equivalent LED produces about 800 lumens, suitable for ambient lighting in small to medium rooms.
Light color and feel
The matte white glass shade diffuses light, creating a soft, warm glow. For a vintage look, pair with an ST64 Edison bulb (recommended) at 2700K-3000K for a warm white tone. Dimmable if a dimmable bulb and compatible dimmer are used.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is UL and ETL listed for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms (not directly in shower spray) and covered outdoor areas.

Can I change the shade? Yes, the Berkshire collection allows customization with other glass or metal shades from the Franklin and Ballston collections (sold separately).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
