Description
A 12-inch semi-flush mount with an antique brass metal cone shade, built for entryways and hallways where you want industrial character without sacrificing ceiling clearance.
The Berkshire collection from Innovations Lighting brings industrial farmhouse style to a compact semi-flush mount. The fixture is crafted from steel and cast brass in an antique brass finish, paired with a matching antique brass metal cone shade that directs light downward. Designed for damp locations, it works in covered outdoor areas as well as indoor spaces. The exposed vintage bulb (not included) completes the look.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With a standard 60W equivalent LED bulb (about 800 lumens), it provides comfortable ambient light for a small to medium room. For a dimmer vintage look, use a 40W equivalent bulb (450 lumens). Bulb not included.
Light color and feel
The antique brass metal shade creates a warm, focused downlight with a slight glow from the open bottom. For a warm ambiance, use a 2700K-3000K bulb. The fixture is dimmable when used with a dimmable bulb and compatible dimmer switch.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 12 inches wide (diameter) x 15 inches high. Canopy is 4.5 inches in diameter and 0.75 inches high. The compact size makes it suitable for hallways, foyers, and rooms with standard 8 ft ceilings. Weight: 2.5 lbs.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A medium base (E26) vintage-style bulb such as ST64 is recommended.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture itself is dimmable when used with a dimmable bulb and a standard incandescent/LED dimmer. Use a compatible dimmer for LED bulbs.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms without direct water exposure. Not for wet locations.
What's the warranty? Innovations Lighting offers a 2-year finish warranty and a lifetime electrical warranty.
Can the shade be changed? The shade is fixed as part of the Berkshire collection. However, the fixture is designed to accept a variety of metal and glass shades from the Franklin and Ballston collections (sold separately).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
