Description
A 12-inch mini pendant with a satin gold finish and matte white glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands, dining areas, and damp-rated spaces.
The Berkshire collection by Innovations Lighting combines industrial charm with modern versatility. This mini pendant features a satin gold steel and cast brass canopy, paired with a matte white cased glass cone shade. The included LED vintage-style bulb (600 lumens, 2700K warm white) provides a cozy, inviting glow. With a 10-foot black textured cord and sloped ceiling adaptability, it fits a variety of spaces and ceiling heights.

How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb. This is ideal for accent or task lighting over a counter or table, but not sufficient as a primary room light for spaces larger than 8x10 ft.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. It flatters skin tones and warm finishes like the satin gold. CRI 82 is standard for general lighting; colors appear natural but not as vivid as high-CRI options.
Sizing and fit
The shade is 12 in wide and 10 in tall. Overall fixture height is 13 in, with a minimum hanging height of 16 in and maximum of 133 in (including cord). Canopy is 4.75 in diameter and 1 in tall. Works best on ceilings 8 ft or higher; sloped ceilings are compatible.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
