A 12-inch mini pendant from Innovations Lighting's Berkshire collection, finished in satin gold with a clear glass shade, designed for kitchen islands, dining areas, and damp-rated spaces.
The Berkshire mini pendant combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. The satin gold finish on steel and cast brass construction offers a sturdy transitional look, while the clear cone-shaped glass shade showcases the included ST64 vintage LED bulb. This fixture is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered patios or bathrooms, and features a 10-foot wire for flexible installation.

How bright is it?
600 lumens from the included 6W LED bulb - about as bright as a 40W incandescent, ideal for accent or task lighting over a counter or table, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent, flattering for skin tones and warm interiors. CRI 82 provides decent color rendering for most spaces.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
