A 12-inch mini pendant with a seedy glass cone shade and satin gold finish, ideal for kitchen islands, dining areas, and damp-rated spaces.
The Berkshire collection combines industrial styling with transitional versatility. This mini pendant features a satin gold steel and cast brass canopy, a seedy glass cone shade, and a 10-foot black textured cord. It includes one 6-watt LED ST64 vintage bulb (2700K, 600 lumens) for a warm, inviting glow. Damp-rated for bathrooms and covered patios.

How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb. Ideal for task or accent lighting over a kitchen island or dining table, but not sufficient as a sole light source for a large room.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm wood/brass interiors. CRI 82 for decent color rendering. Dimmable with a standard incandescent dimmer (bulb included).
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 12 in diameter x 13 in height. Adjustable hanging height from 16 to 133 in (10 ft cord). Canopy: 4.75 in diameter x 1 in height. Works best with 8-10 ft ceilings; for taller ceilings, use the full cord length.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
