Description
A 12-inch mini pendant from the Innovations Berkshire collection, finished in polished nickel with a matching metal shade, designed for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Berkshire mini pendant combines industrial and farmhouse styling with a polished nickel finish on steel and cast brass construction. The cone-shaped metal shade directs light downward, making it ideal for task and ambient lighting over counters or tables. The included ST64 vintage LED bulb adds a warm, nostalgic glow.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for even task lighting
- Dining tables 36-48 in wide, centered as a single statement pendant
- Breakfast nooks and eat-in kitchens with a 30-36 in table
- Covered patios or porches (damp-rated) with a 7-8 ft ceiling

How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for accent or task lighting over a counter or table, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm finishes like polished nickel. CRI 82 is adequate for general use.
Sizing and fit
The shade is 12 in wide and 10 in tall, with an overall fixture height of 12.5 in. The hanging length adjusts from 21.5 in to 45.5 in via a 10-ft wire. Canopy is 4.75 in diameter and 1 in tall. Works well on sloped ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
