A 12-inch mini pendant from the Berkshire collection, finished in polished chrome with seedy glass, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms in damp-rated locations.
The Berkshire Glass collection combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. This mini pendant features a polished chrome finish on steel and cast brass, paired with a seedy glass shade that diffuses light softly. The included LED vintage-style bulb adds warmth, making it a perfect accent over kitchen islands, dining tables, or in covered outdoor areas.

How bright is it?
600 lumens from the included 6W LED bulb - about as bright as a 40W incandescent, suitable for task and accent lighting over a counter or table, but not enough to illuminate a large room alone.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. The seedy glass shade diffuses light gently, reducing glare. CRI 82 provides decent color rendering for most spaces.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 12 in diameter and 12.5 in height, with an adjustable hanging length from 21.5 to 45.5 in via 10 ft of wire. The canopy is 4.75 in diameter. Works well on sloped ceilings (adaptable).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
