Description
A 12-inch mini pendant from the Berkshire Glass collection, finished in polished chrome with a seedy glass shade, designed for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Berkshire mini pendant combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. Part of the Innovations Lighting Edison family, it features heavy cast components and a sturdy transitional look. The seedy glass shade adds texture and vintage character, while the polished chrome finish offers a sleek, reflective accent. This fixture can be stem-hung and is adaptable to sloped ceilings.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task and ambient lighting

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used (not included). With a recommended 60W equivalent ST64 vintage bulb, expect approximately 800 lumens - similar to a standard 60W incandescent, suitable for task and ambient lighting in a focused area.
Light color and feel
The seedy glass shade diffuses light softly, creating a warm, vintage glow. For a classic look, pair with a 2700K-3000K LED bulb for warm white light that complements the polished chrome and brass accents.
Sizing and fit
The shade is 12 in wide and 10 in tall, with an overall fixture height of 12.5 in. The hanging height adjusts from 21.5 in to 45.5 in via the included 10 ft wire and stem. The canopy is 4.75 in diameter and 1 in high. Ideal for ceilings 8-9 ft; for higher ceilings, additional stems may be needed.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
