Description
A 12-inch mini pendant with a polished chrome metal shade, designed for kitchen islands and dining areas over sinks or counters.
The Berkshire collection combines industrial and farmhouse styling with a polished chrome finish on steel and cast brass. The cone-shaped metal shade directs light downward, making it ideal for task lighting over a kitchen island or dining table. The included 6W LED vintage bulb provides warm 2700K light.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for even task lighting
- Dining room tables 36-48 in wide, centered above the table
- Breakfast nooks or counter seating areas, hung 30-36 in above the surface
- Covered patios or porches (damp-rated) as a single accent light
Not ideal for
- Large open living rooms needing ambient light—this is a focused task light
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft if you need the full 45.5 in hanging length
How bright is it?
600 lumens—about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for task lighting over a counter or table, not sufficient as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white—a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. CRI 82 is adequate for most spaces but not ideal for color-critical tasks.
Sizing and fit
12 in diameter shade, 12.5 in height. Overall hanging height adjustable from 21.5 to 45.5 in via 10 ft of wire. Canopy is 4.75 in diameter. Works best on 8-9 ft ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
