A 12-inch mini pendant from Innovations Lighting's Berkshire collection, finished in polished chrome with clear glass, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas in damp-rated spaces.
The Berkshire mini pendant combines industrial and transitional style with a polished chrome steel and cast brass frame and a clear cone-shaped glass shade. Its sleek design and versatile finish make it an easy fit for modern, contemporary, or restoration-vintage interiors. The fixture is damp-rated, suitable for covered patios or bathrooms.

How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb you choose. It accepts one medium-base (E26) bulb up to 60W incandescent equivalent (recommended ST64 shape). With a standard 60W bulb, expect about 800 lumens - bright enough for task lighting over a small island or dining table, but not sufficient as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
Color temperature is determined by the bulb. For a warm, inviting glow, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The clear glass shade provides unobstructed light with minimal diffusion, creating a crisp, focused beam. The fixture is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
