The Berkshire Glass collection combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. This mini pendant features a polished chrome steel and cast brass canopy, a clear glass cone shade, and a vintage ST64 LED bulb included. The 10-foot wire allows flexible hanging heights, and the damp location rating makes it suitable for bathrooms or covered patios. How bright is it?
600 lumens from the included 6W LED bulb - about as bright as a 40W incandescent, ideal for task or accent lighting over a sink, island, or table. Not sufficient as a primary room light for spaces over 100 sq ft.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. Flatters skin tones and warm wood/brass interiors. CRI 82 provides decent color rendering for everyday tasks.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 12 in wide x 12.5 in high x 12 in deep. Height adjustable from 21.5 to 45.5 in via the 10 ft wire. Canopy is 4.75 in diameter x 1 in high. Works best with 8-10 ft ceilings; for higher ceilings, consider a longer stem or chain (not included).

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible LED dimmer. We recommend a standard LED dimmer switch.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, it is UL and ETL listed for damp locations, suitable for bathrooms and covered patios, but not for direct rain or shower spray.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
