A 12-inch mini pendant from Innovations Lighting's Berkshire collection, finished in polished chrome with clear cone glass - ideal for kitchen islands, dining nooks, and hallway accent lighting.
The Berkshire mini pendant combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. The polished chrome finish and clear glass shade create a clean, modern look that suits transitional and contemporary interiors. This fixture is damp-rated for use in covered outdoor areas and bathrooms, and it features a 10-foot wire for flexible placement.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. The fixture accepts one medium-base (E26) bulb up to 60W incandescent equivalent (or LED/CFL equivalent). With a 60W incandescent bulb, expect about 800 lumens - similar to a standard table lamp, suitable for task and accent lighting. For a softer glow, use a 40W bulb (450 lumens).
Light color and feel
Light color is determined by your bulb choice. For a warm, inviting ambiance, choose a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The clear glass shade provides unobstructed light with minimal diffusion, creating a crisp, bright beam. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
