A 12-inch mini pendant with a polished chrome finish and matte white glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas where damp-rated fixtures are needed.
The Berkshire Glass collection combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. This mini pendant features a polished chrome canopy and stem, paired with a matte white cased glass shade that softens the light. The heavy cast components give it a sturdy transitional look, suitable for various decor styles from modern to vintage.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used (not included). With a standard 60W incandescent equivalent LED bulb (about 800 lumens), it provides ample ambient light for a small island or dining nook. For dimmer accent lighting, use a lower-wattage bulb.
Light color and feel
The matte white glass shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm, inviting glow. For a warm ambiance, use a 2700K-3000K bulb. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 12 inches wide (diameter) x 12.5 inches high. The shade is 12 inches wide x 10 inches high. Hanging height adjusts from 21.5 to 45.5 inches via the included 10-foot wire and stem. The canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter. Suitable for sloped ceilings.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A medium base (E26) vintage-style ST64 bulb is recommended.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
