The Berkshire collection from Innovations Lighting combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. This mini pendant features a sturdy steel and cast brass construction in an oil rubbed bronze finish, paired with a matte white cased glass shade. The Edison-style design allows for a bare bulb look or over 100 shade options, making it adaptable to various decor styles from industrial to transitional.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used. With a recommended 60W equivalent LED bulb, expect around 800 lumens - suitable for task lighting over a counter or table, but not as a primary room light. The fixture accepts one medium base (E26) bulb, not included.
Light color and feel
The matte white glass shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare. For a warm ambiance, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb, allowing you to adjust the mood.

Overall dimensions: 12 in wide x 12.5 in high x 12 in diameter. Height adjustable from 21.5 to 45.5 in via 10 ft of wire. Canopy is 4.75 in diameter x 1 in high. Works on sloped ceilings. Weighs 2.6 lbs.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
