The Berkshire mini pendant combines industrial style with versatile design. The oil rubbed bronze finish on steel and cast brass complements the clear cone-shaped glass shade, allowing the vintage bulb to be the focal point. This fixture is part of the Edison collection, offering customizable options with over 100 shade choices.

How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb used. With a recommended 60W equivalent ST64 vintage bulb (about 800 lumens), it provides warm ambient light suitable for task and accent lighting. Not intended as a primary room light.

Bulb not included; choose a 2700K-3000K warm white LED or incandescent for a cozy, inviting glow. The clear glass shade showcases the filament bulb, adding vintage character.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
