Description
A 12-inch mini pendant with a seedy glass shade and matte black finish, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas where focused task or ambient light is needed.
The Berkshire collection combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. This mini pendant features a sturdy steel and cast brass construction in matte black, paired with a seedy glass cone shade that diffuses light softly. The included LED bulb provides warm 2700K light, and the fixture is sloped-ceiling adaptable with 10 feet of wire for flexible placement.

How bright is it?
600 lumens — about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, suitable for task lighting over a small surface or ambient accent in a compact area. Not intended as a primary room light for larger spaces.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white — a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. The seedy glass shade diffuses light gently, reducing glare and creating a cozy atmosphere. CRI 82 provides decent color rendering for most residential settings.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 12 in diameter and 12.5 in height, with an adjustable hanging height from 21.5 to 45.5 in (including canopy). The canopy is 4.75 in diameter and 1 in high. Works well on sloped ceilings (adaptable) and with 8-9 ft standard ceilings. For a kitchen island, hang 30-36 in above the countertop.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible LED dimmer (not included). We recommend a standard LED dimmer switch.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is damp-rated, so it can be used in bathrooms (away from direct water spray) or covered outdoor areas like a porch. Not for wet locations.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
