Description
A 12-inch mini pendant from the Innovations Berkshire collection, finished in matte black with a matching metal shade, designed for kitchen islands and dining rooms in damp-rated indoor spaces.
The Berkshire collection combines industrial-inspired design with farmhouse warmth. This mini pendant features a sturdy steel and cast brass construction in a matte black finish, with a cone-shaped metal shade that directs light downward. The included ST64 vintage-style LED bulb provides warm 2700K light, and the fixture is sloped-ceiling adaptable with 10 feet of wire for flexible installation.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of 2-3 pendants for task and ambient lighting
- Dining rooms with tables 36-48 in wide, centered above the table at 30-36 in height

How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for task or accent lighting over a counter or table, but not sufficient as a primary room light in larger spaces.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm wood/brass interiors. CRI 82 provides decent color rendering for most residential settings. Dimmable with a standard incandescent dimmer for adjustable ambiance.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
