Description
A 12-inch mini pendant from the Berkshire Glass collection, finished in brushed satin nickel with a matte white glass shade, designed for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Berkshire mini pendant combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. Its heavy cast steel and brass construction gives it a sturdy transitional look, while the matte white cased glass shade softens the light. Part of the Edison family, this fixture can be paired with various glass or metal shades to match your decor. The included 6W LED vintage bulb provides warm 2700K light.

How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for accent or task lighting over a counter or table. Not sufficient as a primary room light for spaces over 100 sq ft.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm wood/brass interiors. CRI 82 is adequate for general use but not ideal for color-critical tasks.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 12 in wide x 12.5 in tall x 12 in deep. Height adjustable from 21.5 to 45.5 in via 10 ft of wire. Canopy is 4.75 in diameter x 1 in tall. Works on sloped ceilings. Suitable for rooms with 8-9 ft ceilings.

Is the bulb included? Yes, one 6W LED ST64 vintage bulb (2700K, 600 lumens) is included.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The included LED bulb is dimmable. Use a standard LED-compatible dimmer for best results.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms (away from direct water) or covered outdoor areas. Not for wet locations.
What's the warranty? 2-year finish warranty, lifetime electrical warranty.
Can I change the shade? Yes, the Edison collection allows you to swap shades from the Franklin and Ballston collections to customize the look.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
