A 12-inch mini pendant from Innovations Lighting's Berkshire collection, finished in brushed satin nickel with a clear glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Berkshire mini pendant combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. Its heavy cast brass and steel construction gives it a sturdy transitional look, while the clear glass shade showcases a vintage ST64 bulb (not included). The brushed satin nickel finish pairs well with both modern and traditional decor.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. The fixture accepts one medium-base (E26) bulb up to the wattage of your choice. A typical 60W incandescent equivalent LED (800 lumens) provides ample task light for a kitchen island. Bulb not included.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shade allows the bulb's light to shine directly, creating a warm, ambient glow. For a classic vintage look, pair with an ST64 filament bulb at 2700K-3000K warm white. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, when paired with a dimmable bulb and a standard incandescent dimmer. Use a compatible LED dimmer for LED bulbs.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is UL and ETL listed for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms away from direct water spray, but not in direct shower spray.

How does the brushed satin nickel finish compare to polished nickel? Brushed satin nickel has a matte, slightly textured appearance that hides fingerprints and smudges better than polished nickel, which is shiny and reflective.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
