Description
A 12-inch mini pendant from the Berkshire Glass collection, finished in brushed satin nickel with a clear cone glass shade, designed for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Berkshire Glass collection combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. This mini pendant features a sturdy steel and cast brass construction with a brushed satin nickel finish, paired with a clear glass shade that showcases the included vintage-style LED bulb. The fixture is damp-rated for covered outdoor areas and offers a 10-foot wire for flexible installation.

How bright is it?
600 lumens from the included 6W LED bulb - about as bright as a 40W incandescent, ideal for task lighting over a counter or accent lighting in a dining area. Not sufficient as a sole light source for a large room.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. Flatters skin tones and warm wood or brass interiors. CRI 82 provides decent color rendering for everyday tasks.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 12 in wide x 12.5 in high x 12 in diameter. Adjustable hanging height from 21.5 to 45.5 in via the 10 ft wire. Canopy is 4.75 in diameter x 1 in high. Works best with 8-10 ft ceilings. Sloped ceiling adaptable.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
