Description
A 12-inch mini pendant with a brushed brass finish and matte white glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas where focused task or ambient light is needed.
The Berkshire Glass collection combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. This mini pendant features a brushed brass finish on steel and cast brass construction, paired with a matte white cased glass shade in a classic cone shape. The included LED vintage bulb delivers warm 2700K light, and the fixture is sloped-ceiling adaptable with 10 feet of wire for flexible placement.

How bright is it?
600 lumens from the included 6W LED bulb - about as bright as a 40W incandescent, suitable for task lighting over a small table or island, or as accent light in a hallway. For larger spaces, consider using multiple pendants.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. Flatters warm wood tones and brass finishes. CRI 82 provides good color rendering for most home settings.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 12 in wide and 12.5 in tall, with a 12 in diameter shade. Adjustable hanging height ranges from 21.5 in to 45.5 in, suitable for ceilings 8-10 ft. The canopy is 4.75 in diameter and 1 in high. Sloped ceiling adaptable.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible LED dimmer. We recommend a standard LED dimmer switch.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
