A 12-inch mini pendant with a clear cone glass shade and brushed brass finish, designed for kitchen islands, dining areas, and damp-rated locations.
The Berkshire collection from Innovations Lighting combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. This mini pendant features a clear Berkshire glass shade that showcases a vintage ST64 bulb (not included), while the brushed brass finish on steel and cast brass construction adds a warm, transitional touch. The fixture is damp-rated for use in bathrooms or covered patios, and the 10-foot wire allows for flexible hanging heights.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. The fixture accepts one medium-base (E26) bulb up to 60W incandescent equivalent. With a standard 60W bulb, expect about 800 lumens—similar to a traditional 60W incandescent, suitable for task and ambient lighting in small to medium areas. For a dimmer effect, use a 40W bulb (450 lumens).
Light color and feel
The clear glass shade does not alter the bulb's color temperature. For a warm, inviting glow, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb, allowing you to adjust the mood from bright task lighting to soft ambient light.
Sizing and fit
The mini pendant has a 12-inch diameter shade and an overall height of 12.5 inches. The hanging height is adjustable from 21.5 to 45.5 inches via the included 10-foot wire. The canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter and 1 inch high. Ideal for ceilings 8-9 ft high; for higher ceilings, the wire can be trimmed or left longer.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
