Description
A 12-inch mini pendant with a brushed brass metal cone shade, designed for kitchen islands and dining areas in damp-rated indoor spaces.
The Berkshire collection by Innovations Lighting brings industrial farmhouse style with a brushed brass finish and a metal cone shade. This mini pendant features a vintage ST64 LED bulb included, emitting 600 lumens at 2700K warm white. The fixture is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered patios or bathrooms, and is sloped ceiling adaptable with 10 feet of wire.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of 2-3 pendants for task and ambient light
- Dining rooms over a small table or breakfast nook, centered above the table
- Covered patios or porches (damp-rated) as a decorative accent light

How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for accent or task lighting over a counter or table, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm brass/wood interiors. CRI 82 is adequate for general use but not for color-critical tasks like art or makeup.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 12" wide x 12.5" high, with a 12" diameter shade. Height adjustable from 21.5" to 45.5" via stem. Canopy is 4.75" diameter x 1" high. Works best with 8-9 ft ceilings; for higher ceilings, use the 10 ft wire to extend.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
