Description
A 12-inch mini pendant from Innovations' Berkshire collection, finished in Black Antique Brass with a Matte White glass shade, designed for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Berkshire mini pendant combines industrial styling with transitional versatility. The Black Antique Brass finish on steel and cast brass is paired with a Matte White cased glass shade, creating a clean, modern look. The fixture includes a 6-watt LED vintage bulb (2700K, 600 lumens) and is damp-rated for covered patios or bathrooms.

How bright is it?
600 lumens from the included 6W LED bulb - about as bright as a 40W incandescent, ideal for task lighting over a counter or table, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. The 82 CRI renders colors adequately for most residential settings. Dimmable with a standard LED dimmer.
Sizing and fit

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
