A 12-inch mini pendant with a matte black metal cone shade and black antique brass accents, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Berkshire collection combines industrial style with farmhouse charm. This mini pendant features a sturdy steel and cast brass construction with a textured black cord and a matte black metal shade. The included vintage-style LED bulb adds a warm, nostalgic glow.

How bright is it?
600 lumens from the included 6W LED bulb — about as bright as a 40W incandescent, suitable for ambient or task lighting over a small area. Not intended as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white — a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. CRI 82 provides decent color rendering for most spaces.
Sizing and fit
Fixture measures 12 inches wide and 13 inches tall. Height adjusts from 16 to 133 inches via the 10-foot black textured cord. Canopy is 4.75 inches diameter. Works on sloped ceilings.

Is the bulb included? Yes, one 6W LED ST64 bulb (2700K, 600 lumens) is included.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible LED dimmer. We recommend a standard LED-compatible dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is UL and ETL listed for damp locations, suitable for covered patios or bathrooms away from direct water spray, but not for wet locations.
What's the warranty? 2-year finish warranty and lifetime electrical warranty.
Can I use a different shade? The shade is integrated; however, the Edison collection offers interchangeable shades from Franklin and Ballston collections (sold separately).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
