Description
A 12-inch mini pendant with an antique copper finish and clear glass shade, designed for damp-rated kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Berkshire collection combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. This mini pendant features a sturdy steel and cast brass construction with an antique copper finish and a clear cone-shaped glass shade. The stem-hung design and 10-foot wire allow flexible placement over kitchen islands, dining tables, or entryways.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With a recommended 60W ST64 vintage bulb (not included), expect about 800 lumens - similar to a standard 60W incandescent, suitable for task and ambient lighting over a small table or island.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shade showcases the bulb, making the light color and shape part of the design. For a warm, cozy glow, use a 2700K-3000K LED vintage bulb. The fixture is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 12 inches wide and 12.5 inches tall, with an adjustable hanging height from 21.5 to 45.5 inches (including canopy). The canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter and 1 inch tall. The 10-foot wire provides ample slack for sloped ceilings (adaptable).

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A medium-base ST64 vintage-style bulb is recommended.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture is dimmable when used with a standard incandescent or LED dimmer and compatible dimmable bulbs.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is UL and ETL listed for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms (away from direct water spray) or covered outdoor areas, but not in wet locations.
What's the warranty? Innovations Lighting offers a 2-year finish warranty and a lifetime electrical warranty.
Can the stem be shortened? The pendant uses a stem-hung design; the length can be adjusted during installation by cutting the wire (consult a licensed electrician).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
