Description
A 12-inch mini pendant with an antique brass finish and matte white glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands, dining nooks, and entryways where a focused, warm light is needed.
The Berkshire collection by Innovations Lighting combines industrial cast brass and steel construction with a classic cone-shaped matte white glass shade. The antique brass finish adds a vintage touch, while the adjustable stem allows for customized hanging heights. This mini pendant is damp-rated for use in covered outdoor areas and bathrooms.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose (not included). With a standard 60W incandescent equivalent LED bulb (about 800 lumens), this pendant provides ample task light for a kitchen island or dining table. For ambient lighting, a dimmer bulb around 400 lumens works well.
Light color and feel
The matte white glass shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm, inviting glow. Pair with a 2700K-3000K LED bulb for a cozy, incandescent-like ambiance. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.
Sizing and fit
The shade is 12 inches wide and 10 inches tall, with an overall fixture height of 12.5 inches. The stem can be adjusted to achieve a hanging height between 21.5 and 45.5 inches. The canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter and 1 inch tall, covering a standard junction box. Suitable for sloped ceilings.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
