This fixture accommodates four medium-base bulbs (not included). With recommended 60W ST64 vintage bulbs, total output is approximately 2400 lumens - equivalent to four 60W incandescent bulbs, providing ample task and ambient light for a kitchen island or dining table. For a dimmer effect, use lower-wattage bulbs or a dimmer switch (fixture is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer).
